08:00 AM–05:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and statutory leave.
Work location:
36th Floor, Discovery Office Building, 302 Cau Giay Street, Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam.
Key responsibilities
1. Legal framework and compliance management
- Develop regulations, policies, procedures, and operational plans for the Legal & Risk Management Department.
- Review and evaluate the legality and compliance of the company’s operations with applicable laws and internal regulations.
- Monitor departments, business units, and employees to ensure compliance with laws, policies, operational procedures, and company rules.
- Participate in developing and supervising internal policies and procedures designed to prevent violations and conflicts of interest.
- Recommend measures to improve compliance effectiveness throughout the organization.
2. Risk identification and management
- Develop risk management procedures appropriate for the company’s manufacturing, trading, investment, and logistics activities.
- Identify, analyze, and assess legal, compliance, and investment-related risks.
- Recommend preventive and corrective measures to minimize potential losses and legal exposure.
- Develop contingency plans and solutions for managing the consequences of unexpected incidents.
- Propose solutions for disputes, conflicts of interest, complaints, and legal claims involving customers or business partners.
3. Legal advice and support
- Lead the research and analysis of legal issues and regulations relevant to the company’s operations.
- Provide legal advice and practical recommendations to the Board of Management and internal departments.
- Support business decisions while minimizing legal exposure and protecting the company’s legitimate rights and interests.
- Monitor, update, and communicate changes in laws and regulations affecting the company.
- Support departments in handling complaints, requests, and other legal matters.
4. Contract and document review
- Draft, review, and assess the legality of contracts, agreements, corporate documents, and transaction records.
- Participate in contract negotiations with customers, partners, and relevant stakeholders.
- Review, revise, and complete legal files, official documents, and transaction materials.
- Ensure compliance with corporate, civil, labor, and other applicable laws.
- Manage and control the company’s legal records and documentation system.
5. Dispute resolution and external representation
- Represent or assist in representing the company in dealings with customers, partners, and government authorities.
- Participate in resolving disputes, complaints, and legal matters.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings when assigned or authorized.
- Coordinate with external legal advisers, law firms, and competent authorities to protect the company’s interests.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Board of Management.
Job requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Major in Law, International Trade, Import–Export, Commerce, or a related field.
- Business training certificates are an advantage but not mandatory.
- Candidates with English-language qualifications are preferred.
Experience
- At least three years of experience in an equivalent position.
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, or logistics companies is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of corporate legal affairs and risk management.
- Sound understanding of corporate, civil, labor, and other relevant laws.
- Proficiency in English, particularly in reading and reviewing contracts.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, trading, import–export, or investment activities is an advantage.
